These Terms apply to the Site only. They do not govern use of the Kelvanis Hub platform or any Kelvanis product once a customer agreement is in place — that use is governed by the separate commercial and licence terms agreed with each customer.

Kelvanis Ltd is a company that builds operations management software for regulated industries, including mining, maritime, marine assurance, offshore drilling, environmental management, and banking risk and compliance.

You may browse and use the Site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or enquiring about Kelvanis products and services. You must not:
